Challenge for anyone who wants to join
So, i've been off track for a few weeks, scale showing it too. I havn't done my water, walked, or journaled (sp). I'm sure i'm way off on my calories and carbs and proteins. so here is my challenge. I go to Boston to see the Red Sox tomorrow, but return on Tues. I will begin my "Reboot" on Tuesday. so, for ONE week, I'm challenging all of you to join me. I"m hopeing i'm not the only one who's slacking. I will post on Wed to post how I did and see if any of you will join me. (Hope so) We all have different issues, so come join me in boosting our weigh loss again.

This is wonderful timing. I need something to get me going. I am at the loose 1, gain 1/2 pound stage. And 4 days home this weekend ( Fri- Mon) is throwing me off.
