it has been a month since surgery and the first 2 weeks i lost 18lbs!!! I knew i wouldn't keep up that pace and would probably hit a stall and i totally did :) i was losing the same 2-3lbs the whole time and according to my Wii Fit i hit 259.7 3 times but i never dropped below it! What are the frickin chances of that same exact number...ugh....anyway...today i hop on the scale and it says 258.4! I am hoping my stall is finally over.
I am going back to the gym next week. I go to curves but i won a free month at planet fitness (i have a membership there already through my mom but I never use it) so I might go there for a couple weeks cause i can control the weights and i can't do that at curves. I will see how things work out at curves the first couple of days and then go from there. I just can't wait to see a things moving again once i get to burning lots of calories!

Oh they do happen and no matter how many time you think you prepare yourself for them it is still very disheartening.  But they DO pass.  Good luck and try not to get discouraged, this too shall pass!

Stalls are such a pain, but part of the WL experience.

Congratulations on beating this stall and getting below it. It's such a wonderful feeling to see that new lower # on the scale.
