insurance issues?

so our insurance just told us that Dr. Loggin's in no longer in the "Network" so now they only pay 60%.  We looked on line and it says Dr. Loggins is still in the network.  Any suggestions or any of you havingthe same issue?  Is he or isn't he? If so I can't afford to go for any more fills.

It depends on your insurance. I'd call the Dr's office to be sure.

For those on State of Maine employees health insurance (Anthem Blue Cross-HMO Choice)  WLS is ONLY coverd at a Bariatric Center of Excellence- Bangor or Portland after July 1, 2009. If this is your insurance ask me- I can answer your questions. That's my job- health administrator.
