Hope we get to dry out SOMETIME this weekend!   My 3 day weekend has OFFICIALLY begun!  Can you say EXCITED??  haha!   What's everyone doing this holiday weekend?  Any special plans?  Share..........

Here's the eats.......  (can you tell I'm a creature of habit???)

B:  2c ff milk, a few bites of bloomin onion (it's almost gone!)  18g
S:  4 strawberries and 1/2c blueberries  2g
L:  fage, blueberries, hilo cereal  32g
S:  pb2 on wasa   5g
D:   not sure yet.........dd has practice right at supper time.....might have to take something with me
S:  only 8  (of course!)  cake batter flavor!  YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!    3g

Running low on protein again today, so I think I might have some more milk before bed.
vits:  done  (except for 2 calcium tabs at supper)
water:  64oz so far, but the day is young still!
exercise:   think I'm skipping today........my back is REALLY sore from a fall I took yesterday.  I'll make up for it tomorrow.......maybe!

This weekend picking out stuff for the addition and upgrades to the appliances in the house..not much else.

16 oz coffee with splenda and 2 tsp sf cremora
1 weigh****chers white chocolate raspberry yogurt
1/2 cup chicken noodle soup (I know it's not on the list but....)
20 oz special k20 protein water ice tea

dinner will be smoothie (skim milk, splenda and frozen fruit)

So far in 7 days I have lost 4.5 lbs. 

The weird thing is...I have these pants (I LOVE THEM)..When I moved into Mom's house I was finally able to wear them....I put them on today...they are getting baggy....HOLY CRAP!

lunch   olive garden  soup and salad  and  half a bread stick

strawberries  rasberries  and chobani yogurt  was snack

not sure about supper  yet
24 ounces  water
24 ounces of  cran lite juice
2 cups pop corn for snack  and  2 cups milk before bed


hectic day   but fun

L: Chicken vegetable soup
d: 2 oz chicken with jerk spice, 1 small potato

....will need to get more protein in tonight, probably mix fuze with protein prostat....


its hard to get it all in when you are your new pouch that doesn't want much
