Let's see...

B:  Chobani 0% w/SF raspberry preserves and Splenda 9g
S:  Dannon Light & Fit Cherry yogurt   5g
S:  Mocha Latte protein shake  20g
L:  Refried Beans w/2% cheddar cheese  14g
S:  Mini Babybel Light cheese  5g
D:  no idea yet

So far at 53g protein and really have no clue what to have for dinner.  I had my 1 month visit with the nut yesterday and I need to up my calories (I'm losing slow and that's probably why).  So I feel like I'm constantly eating.  We'll see what happens...

Exercise:  Gym today 30 min on elliptical and lower body weights

Hi,
I wasn't sure anyone really wanted to still do this, so I had given it up.....sorry!
Hope everyone is well!

Let's see:
B:  2c ff milk, piece of my bloomin onion (It was much better last night when it was still hot!)
S:  I forgot to eat!
L:  fage, blueberries, hilo cereal
S:  chocolate pb2 on a wasa
D:  scallops and veggie stir fry
S:  only 8 with crunch coat.........mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

I'm a little low on protein, so I may have to have another glass of milk later...who knows?

Water:  68oz so far
vitamins are DONE!
Exercise:  grocery shopping for nearly 2 hours!  3.3 mile walk and arm work out

D: egg, 1/4 WW eng muff, piece of low sodium bacon, 2 tblsp. potato

Anyone tried the muscle milk yet?  I just bought one tonight, 130 ( I think) calories and 20gr of protein


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

I've tried the chocolate and banana cream muscle milk.  Sometimes I love it and sometimes it's just ok.  I like the bottled ones because I can just grab and go.  Hope you like it!
