Rainy Sunday? AGAIN! Whatchya eating?

Here's the plan, but since we are heading off to Waterville for the Championship game, this may be subject to change!  We'll see how it goes!  (Thank you all for your good luck wishes!  It's working!)

B:  2c ff milk, 2 cinnamon chocolate chip twists (Barry's bakery...no protein, but for 60 cals and low carb, it's a nice sweet treat!)
s: fage, blueberries, splenda, and hilo cereal
L:  low carb wrap with chicken breast and Walden farms no cal ranch dressing and a slice of tomato
S:  beef jerky and strawberries
D:  ???depends if we are home or still a the games!
S:  ONLY 8----------OF COURSE!  I've cracked open a quart of twisted vanilla and BANANA flavor!  ULTIMATE YUMMINESS!!!!!!!!!!!   (Just for you Kathi G!!!!)

That'll all come up to about 120g of protein, about 1000 cals.
Vits: about half way done
Water is always a work in progress!
Exercise:???   Depends on what the weather does!  or maybe the gym if we get back early enough!

    Lt. mayo
D: Buffalo Chix dip (see Melting Mamas recipe, yummy)
     Salad
S: LF/SF Choc pudding

Well lunch went out the window!  Thanks to DH bringing home pizza.  So I ended up eating the top off a very LARGE slice of hamburger pizza (and a few bites of the crunchy crust).  Think I better skip the pudding tonight!

I havent even thought about it yet.

I had a cup of coffee
chobani yogurt with  some flaxseed in it.

three pieces of a carmel apple i got at  epcot german store.
I shared it with my  grandson and daughter in law.  so now it out of house but was a good  taste.

Not sure about lunch  I need to go to bangor to get my  swimmng pool to get  up and some yogurt and ice tea.

Good luck at the game today - hope they ended up playing.

B - Breyers Light Key Lime Pie yogurt and 1 1/2 slices of bacon
L - Progresso Lentil Soup w/unflavored protein added
S - Babybel light cheese
D - Baked Scallops and a little Sirloin steak
S - protein shake

Today's eating was a little off.  I tried scrambled eggs again this morning and unfortunately my pouch doesn't like them anymore.  But it's ok with Egg Beaters - stupid pouch.  I guess I'll stay away from eggs for about a month and then try again.  I'm so bummed because it's one of those comfort foods for me.

Vits - 1/2 way
Water - working on it
Exercise - was going to go to gym but not feeling too well after the scrambled egg fiasco so I'll wait until tomorrow.
