Happy 2-Year Surgeriversary to me!!

I have been so preoccupied with my PS on the 1st, that I almost forgot today was my 2 year anniversary Post Op from my GB!!!   It is so amazing how fast this 2 years has gone!!

I am still struggling with my weight loss. I had my Laproscopic Bypass on June 12, 2008, weighed @ 303 lbs, the morning of my surgery @ EMMC. Dr. Toder is my surgeon. I see her on Tuesday (6-30-09) for my one year anniv. I had seen her on December 9, 2008 & weighed @ 245 lbs. As of, this past Monday, I weighed in @ 237.50 @ TOPS in Winterport.

I am nervous, at what she will say. I am now on the right track, and doing my best to exercise at least 1/2 hour - 1 + hours a day, this past 2 weeks, and writing everything down in a food journal. I do know one thing, I am staying away from breads, cold cereals, especially chocolate cereal, and snacking in between meals.

I could use some advice:-) I do hope that I didn't stretch out my pouch.

awesome. funny how it seems like it takes forever to go thru the process and then bam it's been 2 years. you've done a great job and you are a great motivator and inspiration to the rest of us.

You are such an inspiration!! And I can't wait to hear all about plastics!!! You forge ahead and i will be right behind you, I hope!!
