I'm slacking! Whatchya eating today........Thursday!
Sorry! I missed the boat yesterday and forgot to post this thread! Amazing how time gets away from me!
Anyways..............hope everyone is doing well! I am sitting in a meeting all day at work today and then have to take my DD to softball practice in Jay this evening! States tourney this weekend! I can't wait!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!! (We'll be in Waterville on Saturday if anyone wants to stop by and say hi! First game is at Thomas College at 945am, Saturday!)
Here's the eats: (planned, at least!)
B: 2c FF milk, carbquik muffin (I think that's the last of them!)
S: pizza bites
L: fage, blueberries, hilo cereal!
S: beef jerky and some strawberries
D: (if time) will be my scallop stir fry, if I'm out of time, will be 1/2c chick breast in a low carb wrap with Walden Farms no cal ranch dressing
S: only 8 (if I ever get home!)

B - 3oz. Chobani w/SF raspberry jelly and splenda
S - protein shake
L - hard boiled egg w/mayo (egg salad)
S - mozzarella stick
D - not sure yet - rest of family is having pork - but I think that will be too dry for me... probably ricotta, speg sauce and mozzarella
S - maybe another protein shake
So far it looks like a lovely day. There's this strange yellow thing high in the sky, but I don't quite remember what it is... Might go for a walk on the Rail Trail later. Hope everyone enjoys the beautiful day!

D: shredded chicken and cheese (didn't eat last night, gotta eat this stuff up) with salsa and some fage
