Tuesday.........what are YOU eating??????
Ok.........so I SERIOUSLY need to get back on track! I've been "carbing" it up since Father's day and the scale is showing it! (I am up 3 pounds since Sunday.........not being able to exercise much yesterday didn't help either!!!) SO............BACK on track today (and back to work! YUCK!!!)
This is the plan and I WILL stick to it (yeah.........right!)
b: 2c ff milk, carbquick mini muffin
S: pizza bites
L: fage, blueberries, hi-lo cereal
S; protein bar
D: scallop/veggie stir fry
S: only 8
Should be about 900 cals, 105g of protein
Vits: 1st round done, more to go
Water will be a work in progress through the day
exercise: not sure what will happen as I have a VERY busy day at work to make up for yesterday's headache! Will at least try to get a walk in or maybe the gym, if I have time!

i'm having a hard time writing what i'm going to have all day this early, I always end up swiching it up or changing my mind. It would be different If i packed a lunch for work but being home i've got too much to choose from. BUT, that being said, I usually can't or don't eat till around 11am and that usually hold me over till Dinner. I'mm off to Portland today to get stuff for the wedding. goign to start making silk corsages and flower arrangements tomorrow, I'm running out of storage space. ok, here's today's plan

Well we are in North Conway still and spent the whole day walking. I forgot my go ware fit today so I don't know how many steps but I know it was alot. We were at the park from 10:30 to 5. Had a great time and no RAIN.
B: 1 sausage link and scrambled egg (paid 11.00 plus tip, but kids ate free with pying adult so I guess it was worth it)
L: grilled chicken, american cheese, almonds ( found a place at Santa's village with fresh made wraps. Took it apart and added some almonds and voila)
S: Really wanted the homemade fresh mini donuts that smelled soooo good but didn't think dumping would be very smart so I skipped them LOL.
D: Grilled Chicken from McDonalds (chicken only)
Heading home tomorrow. I hope I will see a good number on the scale. LOL
