Monday.........whatchya eating?

I'm feeling kinda blech today so I'm not sure how this is gonna go!  But.......here's the plan so far........

B:  2c ff milk, carbquik muffin (stupid small piece of dh's oatmeal cake!  Dang him!!)
s: fage, blueberries and hilo cereal
l: couple of bites of ground beef and spag sauce as I was making Am Chop Suey for kids for supper
s: low carb wrap with chicken
d:  not sure yet
s: depends if I make it this far

Vitamins:   DONE!
exercise:  probably little to none!
water:  64oz so far

Enjoy 1 more day of rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YUCK!!!!!!!!!   I'm definitely getting mold behind my ears!!!!!!  haha
ETA:  changed the meal plan

     1/2 crustless chicken/broccoli quiche
L: unjury
S: string cheese
D: (what I didn't ever eat last night..)
     shredded chicken with cheese, salsa, fage, and avocado.
S: ?  Maybe some FF/SF choc. pudding?

I totally had a terrible weekend (DIET wise) dont' want to talk about it.

B:  8:00-10:00 2 coffees, 10:00-11:00-water  11:30-1 egg, sl turkey, 1 sl cheese, ww english muffins
L:  skipped due to late breakfas****er
S:  2 sl ham, Almonds (one serving not 3)
water
D;  2 veggie burgers w/cheese, broc. casserole 1/3 c, (just found on line will share)
S:

got 42 oz of water in so far and 30 mins of walking

I think my pouch is being a little grouchy today so we'll see how it goes.  I tried a scrambled egg for breakfast this morning (have been eating them no problem for about a week) but pouch didn't appreciate it.  I really hope it was a one time thing because I love my scrambled eggs...

B - Prostat protein in Crystal Light (15g)
S - Mozzarella string cheese (6g)
L - 1/2 Sm. Wendy's Chili (7g)
S - Slim Fast Low Carb Protein Shake (20g)
D - probably part of a cheeseburger patty or a veggie burger (?)
S - another protein shake?

Vites are 1/2 done
Gym today - 1/2 hr. elliptical - 1/2 hr. upright bike and lower body weights
Water - working on it

I too wish the rain would stop.  It is summer believe it or not!
