Happy Father's Day! Whatchya eating???

Good Sunday morning to everyone and HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all you dads out there!  Hope you have a wonderful day!!!!

It's overcast and yucky around here again today!  NOT FUN!!!  Oh well....another day in "no-sun paradise"!!!!!!

Today is gonna be a weird eating day for me as we are heading down to my mom and dad's for a barbeque at supper time...........should be interesting!

B:  2c ff milk
S:  carbquick chocolate chip muffin
L: fage, ricotta, jimmies, coconut, sf chocolate, cinnamon (weird I know!!)
S:  ???
D:  probably a burger, no bun, piece of cake, who knows????
S:  depends on the damage I do at supper time!

FYI:  I made Eggface's strawberries filled with ricotta (hence the weird lunch) and MAN!!!!!  are they YUMMY!!!!!!!!!     I also made some with fage, splenda, cinnamon, and sf vanilla syrup!  Those are just as yummy, if not more!!!!!!   I hope everyone likes them at supper!!!!!


Anyways......enjoy your day!  I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for some sunshine!!!!!!!

Let's see...

B - 0% Chobani w/SF Raspberry preserves and Truvia
L - 1/2 Sm. Wendy's Chili
S - protein shake (not sure what kind yet)
D - A few meatballs w/speg sauce and maybe some ricotta
S - another protein shake or a cheese stick (depends on what DailyPlate says)

I'm going to have to check out the strawberries filled w/ricotta - sounds yummy!

Also I was a good girl and went to the gym today.  Did 30 min. on treadmill, 20 min. on recumbent bike and my upper body weights.  The scale is moving again after being stubborn for 2 weeks so I'm feeling good.  Hopefully it will keep moving for awhile as I have my 20th class reunion next month!

Yeah weird day for me too, we have eaten out twice already!

B: coffee
     part of sausage link
     1/2 scrambled egg
     1/3 piece of french toast w/sugar free syrup (barely any)
L: salad bar
         some spinach leaves chopped up small
         1 oz cheese
         1/2 oz ham cubes
          a little egg
         1/4 c. cottage cheese
          few sunflower seeds
D: tapioca pudding 
     ( I made this homemade with egg whites, skim milk, and splenda and it only has 5 gr carbs)


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.
