How long will cooked shrimp last

I am off to Storyland and Santa's Village with the kiddos on Sunday for a few days. The hotel has a fridge so I plan on taking some of my favorites as I can always order pizza or take out for the kids. I plan on cooking some maine shrimp on Sunday morning and packing it in a cooler for the roadtrip. Any ideas on how long it will stay fresh? I usually cook and eat it the same day or the next day but am hoping to able to have this up until Tuesday or Wednesday. Any thoughts?
