It's Saturday! Anyone around? Whatchya eating?
It's a Saturday! WOOHOO!!! Kinda quiet around here! Went for a walk this morning and did some weight lifting this afternoon. Now, I'm headed out to mow the lawn for DH! What fun!
Here's the eats, so far:
B: 2c ff milk, 1 carbquik pancake, 1 mini carbquik muffin
S: 1 tsp of brown sugar (don't ask!)
L: shirataki chicken alfredo
S: beef jerky
D: ??
S: Only 8! WOOHOO!!

Well I go off to a bad start as there was no milk in the house and I had a pedicure appointment first thing so I skipped breakfast. I know ...opps.
AM snack: 1/2 oz almonds and 1/2 oz pistashio crisps

L - 1/2 c. Chobani 0% greek yogurt w/SF raspberry preserves and truvia (9g)
S - Mini Babybel Light (5g)
S - Peanut butter cookie protein shake (25g)
D - Red Robin Grilled Salmon Burger - ate about 1/3 of the salmon (9g)
S - some kind of protein shake (about 20g)
Today was the first day I tried eating out (except for a little Wendy's Chili one day). It went well and I had no problems so I'm happy! Plus I have some salmon for lunch tomorrow too!
