Thursday........Whatchya eatin'?

I woke up feeling kinda sickly this morning.....ewww.....(I had my Only 8 snack last night and I think the place may have messed up and given me the REAL stuff instead of Only 8.........I'll see tonight IF I get feeling bad again!  Never got physically ill, just slept/had the carb coma thing going on!  NOT FUN!!)

Anyways.......today's been pretty fair eating-wise!

B:  2c ff milk, 2 small carbquick pancakes (only 1 more day's worth left!)
S;  3 pizza bites (eggface's recipe)
L:  salad with chicken breast
S1:  4 strawberries
S2:  beef jerky
D:  chinese chop suey
S:   Only 8 (I hope!)

damages:  calories:  about 1000, protein:  103g
Fluids:  64 ounces so far
Vitamins:  DONE!
exercise (because you know I LOVE exercise...NOT):  2.5 mile walk

B:  2 coffee's
L:  2 sm ribs
D; 2 sm ribs, cheese stick
S:  1 c blueberries and skim milk, splenda

no exercise cause unlike Ruth I REALLY hate it.  but I did weed about 5 gardens today which took about 2 hours. my back and neck can proove it.

Let's see...

B - scrambled egg w/2% mexican cheese (11)
S - Caramel Latte protein shake (36)
L - Tuna w/Hellman's Lt. Mayo (13)
S - Breyers Light Peaches n Cream Yogurt (6)
D - 2 oz. stewed beef (hopefully)  (15)
S - another protein shake?

That puts me at about 81 g of protein so far.  It will depend on if I can tolerate the beef (I hope so).
Fluids - hopefully get to 48oz. plus the protein shakes
Vitamins - done
Exercise - went to gym and did 30 min on elliptical and lower body weights.

B: 2 cups milk
L: 3.5 oz shrimp 1 tablespoon ****tail sauce
S: 4 strawberries
S: 1/2 oz almonds and 1/2 oz pistashio crisps
D: 3oz chicken and a few potato wedges




Weight includes 21 Pounds lost on 2 Week Pre-op Diet

     Coffee
S: Unjury
L: 3 oz. Salmon
D: 3oz. Pot Roast
     2 tblsp Mashed Potato
S: Tapioca pudding

That put me at around 850 calories and 70 gr protein.


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.
