UNJURY

So I bought the Unjury chicken soup flavor. The directions say one scoop. Well I dont have a scoop. How much do i use?  I'm thinking a table spoon for 8 oz of water??   Anyone know please enlighten me.  Starting pre-op early.

It didn't come with a scoop?  It's not buried in the mix somewhere...most of the time when directions say scoop there should be a scoop.  A scoop is more than a TBSP most of the time, but I'm not certain on the amount. (probably closer to 2 to 2 1/2 tbsp)

I'm surpised there is no scoop in there.  I think it is close to 1/4 cup though.  Wish I still had some here!   My GNC protein says 28g is a serving.........so, maybe, if you have a scale, you could measure it?  Sorry I can't be more helpful!

I lived on Unjury chix soup post-op, for a few weeks!   Just remember to mix it with lukewarm water or it will clump up!

The scoop is buried at the bottom.  But I agree, it is probably more like 1/4 cup per 8 oz. of very warm, not ho****er.  I love Unjury, everybody is different.  The chocolate is my favorite, but the chicken got me through those times I needed something warm in my belly.

The scoop is in there it's just buried. I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken soup flavor. I made sure to have a good supply of the chicken soup, vanilla, and unflavored. The strawberry was pretty nasty...just my opinion! 

LOL found the scoop!  I am such a nummie sometimes.  Had to dig for it tho. I like the flavor. I got chicken soup. Its not bad.  Day one of pre-op diet.
