I lost 20 pounds...and I cheated once, 7 days in went out for a burger and fries...with lots of ketchup. I am now 5 days out...can't eat anything and really looking forward to the next few weeks to fly by so I can feel "normal" again and have energy...protein shakes really do a number on your breath, I've gotta brush my teeth like a zillion times.
