It's another beautiful day!  Hope everyone gets to enjoy it!  I am off to work, maybe the gym, and then to pick up a few groceries!  WOOHOO!!!

Here's the eats!
B:  2c ff milk, 2 small carbquik blueberry pancakes
S;  protein bar
L:  shirataki chicken alfredo (gotta get this stuff eaten!)
S1:  5-6 strawberries
S2:  beef jerky
D:   not sure yet
S;  sf jello with some whipped cream

Depending on what's for supper........looking like about 100g of protein for about 900 cals.
Vits:  only the second multi left and the calcium
water is a work in progress......
exercise:   hopefully to the gym later today.......we'll see how the knees hold up!

     wedge of laughing cow cheese
D: 2oz. Halibut
    1 oz. salmon
S:  SF jello, whipped cream

30 min walk, paddle boat on lake,

B: 2 coffee's
S:  Almonds, Cheese stick
L: 3 oz Chick breast
D:  2 ribs, small salad
S:  sm cone w/low fat ice cream 120 cal.

(2 ****tails with friend)  Ok, shoot me !!!!!   I know i'm bad, but hell I have fun.

Got cleared for exercise yesterday so I finally went back to the gym today.  Treadmill 30min - about 30 min. upper body weights - recumbent bike 30 min.  I took it easy so I hope I'm not sore as heck tomorrow.

B - Southwestern egg beaters with a little 2% Mexican cheese  (9g)
S - Chocolate protein shake w/1% milk  (29g)
L - Fage w/Banana cream SF pudding mix  (9g)
S - Caramel Latte protein shake w/1% milk (36g)
D - ? still not sure - maybe Stewed Beef
S - SF popsicle

I'm on the soft/pureed stage and so far so good.  Had an issue w/haddock last night, but I think it was a combo of it being too dry and me eating too fast.  Definitely won't do that again!

S- 1/2 protein shake
L-  peanut butter on apple slices

D- ? DH is cooking

Exercise- 30 minute walk so far......
