Eggface's bites are always good for breakfast too (egg, sausage, cheese, whatever else you want to add) I made a batch of these over the weekend and froze a bunch.......they microwave REALLY well!
I do a yogurt thing at breakfast sometimes too: 1c of fage (greek yogurt), 1/2c of berries, some splenda to cut the tartness of the greek yogurt, and 1/2c Hi-lo protein cereal.........This comes to about 240 calories and 32g of protein! Tastes yummy too!
Greek yogurt with a touch of spenda and some PB2 is pretty tasty too!
Thanks for sharing Emily!
