D'oh! Lost track of time!!

Well...........I guess I was slacking yesterday and forgot to post the Whatchya eating thread!   I am BACK on track today............SOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....Whatchya eating today everyone????

B:  2c of ff milk, mini carbquick Sf chocolate chip muffin!  (YUMMY!!)
S:  fage, blueberries, splenda and Hi-Lo cereal
L:  shirataki noodle chicken alfredo
S1:  6 big strawberries
S2:  beef jerky
D:  ??  maybe some veggies with scallop stir fry
S:  ONLY 8...........OF COURSE!!!!!!!!!

64oz of water in me so far, vitamins are done, 58 minute interval walk/jog (and my knees are killing me now!  I'm SOOO stupid!!)

LOVING this sunshine today!!!!!!!!!!!!   ENJOY it while it lasts!!!!!!!

Well,I am having a tough time and really needed to go to support group today. I have been struggling with a migraine since Sunday.  I used to get them when I didn't eat, now I am wondering if that is the cause. I have tried to up my calories recently because I had stopped losing weight (and yes, for much more than one week, more than two now).

B: skim milk
     coffee
     crustless ham/spinach quiche
L: 2 oz tuna and tsp lt. mayo
    3 low carb crackers 
    laughing cow cheese wedge

S: 1/2 c. of cheerios and 1/4 c. skim milk (needed a "treat")

D: 2 tblsp mashed potato
     2 oz. beef
     1 oz/ carrots

Now my viatmins and  a sleeping pill, gotta get rid of this headache!

Hi Kelly,
You may want to try more protein dense foods like shrimp or fish.  Lots of protein and low calories.  That may help.  I didn't introduce any carbs until week 10 and still eat very few probably

Try  three oz of protein and one tablespoon of potato.  That might jump start you into loosing more.  PS my stalls usually last 2 weeks or so. 


B:  2 cups milk
L:  3.5 oz shrimp 1 T ****tail sauce
S:  Greek yogurt pudding
D:  1.5 oz shrimp and 2 oz chicken, 1 tablespoon potato
S: Pistashio crips and almonds (1oz total)  If I am hungry later




Weight includes 21 Pounds lost on 2 Week Pre-op Diet

Yesterday was the first time I really tried any carbs (other than my 3 low carb crackers).  I was eating only protein.  Thanks for the tips, I'll try anything once!!
