Kinda a weird day, but here goes........

B:  2 c. of ff milk
S:  protein bar
L:  salad with chicken breast
s1: 4 strawberries and 4 animal crackers
S: was out shopping so.......protein bar!
D: shirataki alfredo stuff
S:  only 8!!!!!!!

Enjoy this sunshiny day!!!!!!!

Crustless Ham Spinach Quiche
2 pcs. WW Cheese
3 oz. Hamburger w/2% Cheese

( I may never "go" again... all that cheese!!) LOL

Then later, my SF Hot Cocoa.  It's my nightime treat.

S: 1/2 oz pistashio crisps and 1/2 oz almonds
D: 4oz Boiled Maine Shrimp

I also had a 2x2 piece of Dominoes thin crust pizza




Weight includes 21 Pounds lost on 2 Week Pre-op Diet
