plastic surgery
i'm not sure if i'm way off topic here, well, yea, maybe i'm way off cause i've always been. i'm looking into eye surgery. my eye lids are sagging and i see my mom and how bad she is. I dont' care about my arms, tummy, neck boobs, but my eyes are the first thing people notice. I can wear a control panty, a good bra, long sleeves, but what can I do about my eyes?? I am going to have my dr's start documenting it so insurance will pay. There is no way I'm spending money for me on this. when my kids stuggle with college loans. I coulnt' sleep at night knowing my babies as old as they are have to eat peanut butter and I choose to do this. Does anyone feel the same way I do? or what are your opinions on plastic surgery. this is just my opinion, I guess our kids are all at different ages, do you think that makes a difference?
I think everyone is coming from a different place when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm sure a lot of us would love to have some "work" done, but I, like you, can't really justify paying out of pocket for it when my kids need things, including a roof over their head! I'll just keep camoflaging what I can and deal with the rest!
Good luck with the eyes! They look pretty good to me!

Yep I'm with you...unless I can get insurance to pay for plastics no work will be done on me. Unless of course I inherit a million dollars or something...lol I have a few areas that would definitely benefit from plastics but *sigh* I know it's not going to happen. Good luck and I hope it works out for you and you get approved!
I too dream of plastics for all the baggy saggy areas. But unless I win the megabucks or sell the house it will take alot of loose coins saved up to pay for it.
IF I could afford one PS I think it would be my bat wings. The rest can be dealt wih using control support panty hose. Hmmmm-- do they make support hose for arms?

Peanut Butter...what's wrong with peanut butter? LOL I can't wait to get plastics after I get to goal. LOL. My father (who saved for retirement and for his children his whole life) wanted a Corvette so bad and kept saying when I retire, when I retire...
My brother and I told him get the car for gosh sakes you only live once and you can't take your money to your grave. Well my dad did go out and get his dream car. He treasured it. He died a year later at age 60. Well before he retired.
My mother died suddenly of a brain aneurysm ten years before at age 50. She had had plastics on her eyes a few years before she passed. You can never tell what god has planned and I say live life to it's fullest. So I guess I mean that YES if I feel I need surgery I may serve my kiddos a few more PB and J (and a little Fluff too) because life is just too short.
