Ok........So I'll start us off!!! Whatchya eatin today?
Crazy day at work and then I got to take a walk with my aching knees! I think DH and I are gonna go play some disc golf after supper.........should be interesting!
Here's the eats!
B: 2 cups of fat free milk
S: protein bar
L: salad with chicken breast, 5 animal crackers
S: 4 strawberries and 1oz of beef jerky
D: (of course) scallops and veggies!
S: only 8
Let's see: I'm at about 800 calories, 110g of protein, and 80oz of water so far. Vitamins are done! WOOHOO!!

Crustless Spinach/ham quiche
Some cheese off DH's pizza topping
3 oz. filet mignon
2 tblsp. baked potato w/Fage yogurt
and for later I am going to have:
2 packets of SF Hot Cocoa
Total for day is: 814 calories and 64 gr. protein. The NUT told me to keep my protein around 60 grams/day because I have over 155 lbs. of muscle and don't need anymore.... I have been trying to get more calories in the last few days, hoping it will jump start my weight loss, but I have also been doing my work outs, so my net calories are a lot less.
