I made some of the crustless quiche on Friday, put them in a muffin tin.  Perfect size for a meal.  I put some in the freezer for later.  I haven't tried the shirataki noodles yet (since I don't yet have room), how are they? Can you only get them online?

2 cups coffee
B: ham/cheese omelet (I had 2 oz piece of DHs)
L: Laughing Cow cheese wedge w/ 5 crackers (60 cal. and 5 gr. carbs, healthfood store)
D: ?

Me and the cheese, what is up with that!

Only 8?  What is it?  I googled "only 8" and came up with frozen yogurt.  Is that it?  Where do you get it?   Thanks Tracy

Glad you like the Go Wear Fit.

Yup.........Only 8 is frozen yogurt!  BJ's Dairy Treat on Sabattus St in Lewiston and Main St Dairy Treat in Lewiston both carry it!  IT IS YUMMY!!!!!!!  Low cal (little protein) BUT I LOVE ice cream, so this is a reasonable substitute for me, at least!   I buy it by the quart (cheaper) and put it in my spare freezer.........I'm stocking up for winter!! HEHEHE!  I TRULY this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

The store on Sabattus St currently has vanilla, banana (just for you Kathi G!) and van/ban twist!  MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Since this is day 12 of my liquid diet, you know what I'm eating--nothing.  I can't wait for my surgery on Wednesday so I can start to have some real food again.  I may never drink milk again after this.
