Scales are Moving AGAIN! WOOHOO

So this weekend I had a busy weekend! Support Group saturday which was wonderful to catch up with everyone and then Sunday in the Old Port with friends for the Old Port Festival, did a lot of walking and felt really good doing it.

In the past I would of complained and been so out of breath and sweaty from walking for 10-15 blocks to breakfast and this time I felt energized, not sweaty and not out of breath. It was actually fun! Imagine me saying that...

The concerts were great and for the most part we had a great time, with the exception of the teeny bopper girls...

So I didn't weight myself all weekend as Lynn suggested and I got on the scales this morning and I was at 337!!! WOOHOO!

They appear to be moving again. I'm down from a 30 to a loose 28, not baggy but loose and definately can tell the different in places on my body.

I'm feeling more excited about this, but at the same time still worry that according to the NUTS scales that's only 10 lbs and I go back on the 19th. I know I shouldn't put so much pressure on myself, but that's hard!

Well Hope all of you are good!
Thanks for listening!

Must be something in the air, I think my scales may start moving again too ( I have that awful taste in my mouth again....)  I know what you mean about walking, it's so nice.  Saturday went to a graduation party and I stood around and talked to people (didn't have to sit or lean the whole time) oh, the things we take for granted...

Glad to hear you are on the move again!

Let me know when you are ready for some 26's, and I'll pack em up for ya!

It's working!  Yahoo.
Glad to hear that things are going in the right direction again.

I truely believe that when the scales don't move, and you are following your program that yourbody is catching up, and changing shape. Maybe the scale isn't moving but your clothes are getting looser.

LOL  JK.  Glad to see you are off your stall.  Stalls are no fun.  Your second one may be easier because you now know what to expect.  I had a great time Saturday.  Sounds like you had a great time in the Old Port.  Isn't it great to walk about and not get all sweaty!!!!  Keep up the good work!!!!
