hey all .. i am in need of help i need B12 becuase i am a little low but the pills( under the tongue & Swallowed one) Make me Dump as in S____ so i am not sure what eles i can .. but know i need something or should it make you do this ?

update On Me lol... I am doing good .. Staying very busy here i do get on and read alot but i am not posting as much and i am sorry for it.. i do think of all you all of the time and want to wish the ppl that just had surg my luck and you are going to love the Ride as i do ... As for me it will be one Year July 17 and wow where has the year gone too.. This was the best thing i have done for my self and My life.. i am now down 121 lbs and feel so good and Loving Life ... well i am going to stop here so take care all and know i miss my OH Family ..

Can you ask your doctor about switching over to injectable B12? It's just a tiny shot in the tummy once a month and should be covered by insurance as well.

Did you try the sublingual liquid? May have less sugar than the pills.

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

Well maybe that why i am dumping on b-12 pill.. as it has suger in them .... that make sence to me now....

I would try different brands. Check out the labels. Some are sugar free. The one I am taking now tastes like chalk- no sugar. The ones before were very sweet.
