Party dip and crackers

I made a great dip to go with a cracker I discovered.  True North puts out a Pistachio Crisp Cracker, it is 7 grams of fat which is a bit high but that's because it's main ingredient is pistachios and 15 grams of carbs.  They have 5 yes 5 grams of protein and are delish.  I have been taking a half serving and mixing them with a half oz of almonds as a snack before working out vs. an oz of almonds I ate before.    Yummy 

Last night I took a container of Chobani plain Greek yogurt which has 18 grams of protein and mixed a half package of veggie dip.  It was really good.  Thought it would be great to bring the crisps and dip to cookouts this summer.

dip sounds good.  How about celery sticks instead of the crackers.

Yes, definitely it would be great with any veggie and good for us too.
