i've been a bad girl
I had a fun but Terrible eating weekend and the scale showed it yesterday, I gainned 4 lbs. Yikes. man, oh my. I spent all day sunday sitting, napping and eating. And eating CARBS, all Carbs, never felt like I felt full, just bloated. I was Better yesterday and lost 2 of the 4, but my body is tired. I need a nap. funny how that happends. when you start following a plan, and sticking to it, you really feel it when you have a few days off. i'm trying to get motivated to do all the things I need to do for my DD's shower on Sunday, the list is "forever" and I'm sitting here whinning and playing on the puter. oiyyyy...oh, well, off to do whatever this sluggish body will let me do...
