Hi ladies !
I have been lurking a little and just checking in with you all.
As of today I am down 52 pounds.(63 to go for my goal) I have been getting back into my gym routine and walking which is awesome.
As for the whole eating thing still having issues there. I think I may call the NUT for an appt this week. I am eating with a baby spoon and listening to everyones advice on slowing down. Still soup and mashed potato are my safe foods. I am going to be brave and try some of eggfaces protien drink recipes this week.
