Question for the women...
How do you handle the PMS/Aunt Flo munchies? I figured this month would be bad with all the upheaval in my world but I can't stop eating this week. I've tried to keep it relatively healthy stuff - not junk food but ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!! When I weighed in Friday I was only up a half a pound..considering water weight from Aunt Flo that wasn't too horrific by any means but ..... I usually crave salt - (surprisingly rarely crave chocolate or sweets)...but also crave bread. I know it's all about head hunger and all but this time of the month is the ONLY time I seem to have trouble controlling it.
Add to that I am irritated that this month I am actually having somewhat of a period - my first showing of one since my edometrial ablation in January...hope it doesn't start a trend.
What happens when you get like this with the band on?? Do you eat too much and vomit???
My appt with Dr. Toder is the 16th...I don't want to start an upward trend on the scale between now and then.
Add to all this the fact that with the move and all the crap going on the only exercise I get is the squats and lunges in the elevator (knees still can't handle stairs) and the leg lifts I do at night while tucking the little guy in.
Maybe I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning...it is Monday and it sucks...
