HI  all

His  official  loss at weigh****chers today with  9 days of   liquid  diet  is 13 pound loss.

He is  9 pounds away from   the 350  that doctor toder would like for surgery.  
He was  all psyched up this morning with that loss.

Hope he  stays on track this week.   from my  three day liquid  with him  i got a decent loss this week  3 pounds.   I will take it.

Maybe i will do another  three day of liquid this week.   But gonna be hard hubby home so i will have to cook sometime lol

he gets home tomorrow so i have at least today and tomorrow with mostly liquids
