Pre-op diet
Yes, you will get sick of protein shakes, even your favorite ones. Look on an earlier post (last week) for cheesecak pudding, it's great too. It's nice to have savory not just sweet. Also, keep hot cocoa and chicken broth on hand because sometimes you nees something warm in your tummy. Another thing I did was mixed my unflavored protein powder with 5 calorie diet cranberry/grape juice and had that for my in between meals when I had meals that were lower in protein. And if you must cheat, stick to small amounts of low fat protein, like fish or chicken. I did and it didn't hurt me. Good luck!
