so following the salt fact I thought i'd ask you all the changes you've made.  What are the  5 biggest changes you do or don't do now that didn't before  wls (FOOD wise, not exercise)

1.  PEPSI (Not)
2.  small portions (between 1/2 cup to 1 cup per meal)
3.  Water
4.  less carbs and veggies (always too full after eating proteins)
5.   & not drinking w/meals

These really are not many changes, most of them are regulated by my band.  I've tried pepsi and the pain was not worth it, small portions, less carbs and drinking with meals (I just couldn't do if I wanted) so my band is totally working.  as for water, I have my good days and bad days.
