Or office celebrated my co-workers 50th birthday yesteday by going out to lunch at Olive Garden.
I ordered the soup and salad. Ministrone. It was good, but salty.  I found that I was extra thirsty all afternoon and evening.

All that salt, drinking and retaining fluids showed a gain this morning.
Back to my regular eating and out with the highly salty restaurant meals.

Olive Garden also packs their food with MSG. Most of their meals have more than a days worth of sodium content.  Personally I think it is over-priced fast food.  You'll be back to normal in a few days.  Doesn't seem worth it for soup and salad does it?

I know what you mean about salt. We went to a Sea Dogs game Monday and I had a few french fries (I know I could have made a better choice) and blew right up. My fingers were swollen and my rings got tight. Yesterday I had extra fluids and got rid of it all. I also showed a gain and that snapped me back into shape!

I/m really bad with Salt, i need to work on that.  i feel like i've given up some things, and didn't want to give up everything I enjoy.  as you can tell I'm very stubborn.

Ham does that to me!  It's a hard lesson to learn.  One of the reasons I eat at home a lot!  At least I know what I'm putting in my food!  Salt=bad!
