Things are going so slowly that I decided to change my ticker. The rabbit wasn't working. I'm being a turtle in slow down mode.

I'm gonna have to change mine to a yo-yo then!  haha!  Guess I'm done losing, but I sure miss seeing that scale move downwards!  Amazing how much it slows down as you get lighter and lighter!  You've done an awesome job so far!  You'll make it........just have to be patient!  Good luck!

I agree, i'm right there with you, actually within a few lbs, but you've lost much much more then I did.  I lost for like 2 weeks/daily, and have been off track for a few days and the scale went up 2 lbs. but, "MY fault" I made some lazagna and whoopie pies and had a few of each.  back on track today, its all gone. phew, thank God I gave most of them away.  I'm fighting to get down another 15 lbs for wedding in August.  that would put me below 180.  my goal is also 160.

I'm just happy I'm not still too fat for my Wii Fit! LOL Remember when I first got it and couldn't use it?  Well I can now (within limits of course, not ready for running in place or aerobics just yet).  I am worried though that after I start to eat again the scale will stop moving, I'm sure it will for awhile but part of me is aftraid it will stop altogether. Having never been sucessful on any diet in my life I'm a little skeptical!

Yep, slow and steady does win the race. It didn't come on over night and it's not going to go away over night either.

Keep chugging!

I haven't budged since around Christmas, up and down....arrrggghh. 3x a week for Curves , running, don't know what to do but then I thin****urves 3x a week, running 2 miles you never could have done that a year ago, so it is all good.  I am still 14# from goal and I am not sure I will ever get there.

It was magic when she realized who she had become...
