I found this on the main board a while ago and tried it today.  OMG YUMMY!!!  Great way to get in your protein for a snack or when your still on soft proteins.

1/2 package of sugar free Jello Cheesecake flavored instant pudding.
1/2 cup milk
1 6oz container of greek yogurt

take jello and milk and mix together then add the yogurt

It taste like cheese cake filling.

serving size 1/2 cup (11 grams of protein -varies with yogurt brand)

Top with sugarfree cherry pie filling for a wonderful cheese cake treat (I wonder what it would taste like frozen?  May try later.

sounds right up my ally.  I love cheesecake.  Are there any sugar alcohols in the pudding or pie filling?  Another thing....anyone know what kind of yogurt is ok to eat. I dont even know where to find greek yogurt you folks talk about.

I get the Fage greek yogurt at Hannaford, it's in the Health food refrig section.  I don't like it plain, but gimme some splenda, some blueberries and it's gone!  YUMMY!!!

my favorite  greek yogurt is chobani and you get it at shaws or sams.

I  also use fage  and okiyos  but i add splenda and fruit to the plain yogurt too.

Shaws also carries  a  cabot farm  greek yogurt plain too  sometimes.

we use  jello sf pudding mix and add yogurt   dont have to add milk    and you can use any kind of  sf jello  the chocolate is yummy too.

Have a great day!!!

I am going to make this with the sugar free pie filling for my bday instead of buying a cake. This sounds way better and I'm not really a frosting person anyway.  This sounds so good.

It was very good, thank you for sharing Tracy! Besides, I needed something a little more savory, not so sweet.
