Don't get me wrong, I 'm so happy. But after a year of loosing and gainning the same 5 lbs. I just keep expecting the scale to go back up. since my last fill, it's been cooperating. I was down to 193 this morning. total of 40 lbs. Finally !!! I will take it.

the weird thing is I don't feel anydifferent or am not doing anything different then I did all year. I'm nervous. sorry if I sound like i'm bragging. SOme of you know how long i've been waiting. thanks for not giving up on me, I almost did several times.
