Off track, don't seem to have the motivation to get back....help....the weird thing is that I know how much better I feel and I love the way my clothes feel when I eat right...gained some lately.  It may be that my husband loves me no matter what but that shouldn't make a difference.  I really want to get back into my leather jacket...lol
thanks Sharon

Old habits die hard.

A good RNY friend told me to never try certain foods. For her that was her downfall, knowing that she didn't dump or have problems with junk or snack  foods.

I have problems with nuts. Can't just eat one serving. For me I know better, but have to remind myself constantly. We all know what we should be eating. It's a good reminder to read over the food booklets and portions. It sure helps me when I get off track.

Here's to that leather jacket fitting in a short time.

I've been off track and "derailed" a couple of times!  I think we just have to go back to basics when we start slipping and remind ourselves why we had this surgery!  They may have fixed the stomach but they sure didn't fix my mind!!!!   Good luck!  Keep "plugging away" at it!  You can do it!!!!!

Good luck!  Hope you are able to get back on track. Do you attend any support groups? Maybe that will help with your accountability??  Besides, I bet that leather jacket is something you really enjoy, hang it close by and keep looking at it!
