I saw this Carbquik stuff being "raved" about on the RNY board, so I ordered some from www.netrition.com !!   WOW!  I made these brownies tonight and they are pretty YUMMY!!!!  I used Sorbee sugar free chocolate, light promise for the "butter", egg beaters instead of eggs, and I didn't add nutsAccording to the daily plate calculations, 1 brownie has 80 calories, 9g of carbs with 5g of those being from fiber, no sugar (watch those sugar alcohols though!!!), and 5g of protein!!!!!!!     They are kinda "cakey" and fluffy and not super sweet but very good.........considering they are WLS friendly!  BTW.......I didn't make the frosting either (not enough sugar free chocolate in the house for that tonight!)

Overall..........YUMMY!  I'll be making these again!!!   Now, I just have to keep DH and the kids out of them!!!!!!!!  Wish me luck!!!!!!!!!

Next up..............gonna try some Carbquik pancakes!  WOOHOO!!!!

Sounds yummy, maybe the kids can make them for your Mother's Day Breakfast?
