ok, enough of this Bull sh!!!
after 7 days (post fill) with a little problem with congestion. (going tomorrow to dr's) I lost 7 lbs. So yesterday, I didn't track, didn't eat much, but did have a wine and cheese curls (yaya I know) anyway. this morning i'm up 4 lbs. I also think that not taking my diaretic (BP meds) probably adding to this. I can't get that pill down, i will ask dr tomorrow about what he can do to help me with that. I also didnt' get in nearly enough water yesterday. so If accountability is what I need accountability I will do. today's plan. I hope I don't bore you guys with this sillyness. IF IT TAKES ME 5 YEARS TO GET TO GOAL, I'M NOT GIVING UP.
B: 2 coffee's, 1 protein shake

L: Peppersteak w/melted prevolone (NO bread) (2 oz shaved steak) w/fried onions and peppers

S: almond Nut Bar =140 cal
D: sm. baked pot. w/RF butter, 1 chicken wing
Just not enough time in a day to get in all my water. after waiting an hour after food to be able to have water and it takes me 1 1/2 hours to get 20 oz down. IWON'T BE DRINKING AFTER 8:00pm. sorry, no bathroom upstairs, i'll be up all night peeing.

I agree, BUT that is my matabolism for you. Allways has been. I thought WLS would change that, but I guess not. My body has its own plan. I guess I really need to work out with a vengence to make a difference and That isn't gonna happen, so I just got to go with the flow. like I said, it might take me 5 years, I guess it is good I have the band so I can adjust it as needed.
