I dont' care that i'm alone posting what I eat, I just need to show someone that i'm doing what i'm suppose to do, or trying anyway.  (maybe just show myself)  I am down 7 lbs. since last Thurs.

B:  Coffee
L: 1 c Seafood salad and cheese stick (OH SOOO YUMMY)
trying to get my water in, was so busy this morning doing groceries and putting away,
S: Protein shake w/PB2
D:  Chicken wings 2 w/blue cheese dressing


NO EAT AFTER 7;00 PM need to digest food before bed

protein= 87  calories= 952

wouldn't it be wonderful if it would keep up?  I've been here several times, I keep hopeing this is it !!! it's finally working.  This last fill is really keeping me on my toes.  I made some chili Tues and used some beer in it, and said. oh hell, i'll take a sip... oMG, I thought I was going to die.  felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest for 2 hours.  NOt worth that sip.

I'll join.........I've been snacking again!      

b:  2 cups of fat free milk, 3 of eggface's bites
s: sf dove chocolate, chocolate PB2 on a Wasa
L: fage, blueberries, and hi-lo cereal, sf mini Reeses pb cup
s: protein bar and a fortune cookie
d:  more scallops and veggies (MAN...I love this stuff!)
s:  Only 8 froyo and some jimmies!

protein:  101g         calories:  950
40 minute walk and arm work out, fluids are low so far (only up to 50oz so far), vitamins are done!

Okay, but know that it was my last day of eating before I started my liquids..

B: Cheerios with skim milk
S: Diet Pepsi
L: 1/2 small sausage pizza
S: water
D: 1/4 os small sausage pizza
S: 8 chocolate chip cookis, 2 glasses of skim milk


Protein: 132 grams Calories: 2042

So there, don't you feel better now?

I'll tell you what would make me feel better.  I slice or 2 of that sausage pizza. haha  good luck on your liquid diet,  we're here for you, you'll be needing to talk.
