I have always had bad cramps/pain during my monthly and Ibuprofen has been my saviour.  What do you all take now?  Tylenol doesn't even touch it.

Before my surgery, I had cramps from hell!  Now since I have lost weight, I don't even feel it!  I pray the same happens for you. check with the doc on that question, I didn't have a problem.

I think Tylenol is only good for fevers.  It doesn't seem to help any other pain.

Ibuprofen has been my savior too, however, now that I am on blood thinners I can no longer take ibuprofen to my horror.  I have to take vicadin now until I can come off the blood thinners. Ibuprofen is heaven sent if you ask me.  I hate feeling dopey.

haha, one of the reasons why I chose the band was because Tylenol is a waste of time.  I can take Ibuprofen, haha, NO I CAN"T.  Can't swallow it.  I could before this last fill, i'm hoping to only keep my band this tight for a while, when I get down to a size 12ish, i'm having some restriction removed so I can live normal again, and just maintain.  My goal isn't to be "NOrmal" weight.  I think a size 12 is a SEXY size.  then I def. plan on taking my Ibuprofen again when I need it.

I agree with you, I think 12/14 is a great size.  I mean we are WOMEN, not children.

If my husband thinks i'm hot and i'm happy at that weight, then why not stay there?

I used to use ibuprofen  too!   Now, it's a tylenol and hot pack if I really need it (though I haven't needed any since October....that was the last time I had my TOM!)  Hopefully, it will get better after surgery for you!!!!!!
