Snacking

I am having a problem with snacking between meals. The scale wasn't moving. I was stuck in a rut.

This week I resolved to stick to the program. Follow the rules for liquids and meals timed apart. Drink, drink drink. I was able to get in 96+ oz of fluids per day. Filled myself up with liquids rather than snacks- oh and lots of exercise running to the bathroom

IT WORKED!!!!! I finally got down to another all time low weight. The scale is going down again

The scale can be our worst enemy but a good reinforcer when we are doing the right things.  Good job!

I can SOOO relate about the snacking thing!  I had actually gained about 4-5 pounds because of snacking (so much for maintenance, right?) BUT, like you, I've cut out the snacks, upped the liquids, and voila......the scale is back to where it was .......amazing how that tool works when you work it!!!!!

WAY TO GO!!!!!!!   Awesome job with your weight loss too!!!!!!!
