Whats your problem?

Monday, always a good day to begin diets, or to do list, a new beginning, after a few days off.  We've all been there, done that.  We all have little things we need to work on.  Is it drinking more water, Moving more, cleaning that junk drawer or closet.  Raking that flower bed that has pretty flowers, ready to comeup.  Lets use today as a new beginning and fix what our problem is.  Myself I think i'm going to finish raking my yard, drink all my water, and journal a few days to track my protein.  What do you need to work on?

I need to work on keeping my protein up.. and stop stressing so much..school almost out so wont have to do two jobs..

Tomorrow is another day!  I am sorry, I didn't call you to go to BJ's yesterday afternoon.  After I went to the Christmas Tree Shop and got on the interstate, I just wanted to go home and take a nap.  I had a great time!  Love the pic of you that Deb took!! LOL  Don't snicker at my ugly mug!

This is my new begining week.  My surgery is Thursday!   I have lots of new things to work on!!
