Whats your problem?
Monday, always a good day to begin diets, or to do list, a new beginning, after a few days off. We've all been there, done that. We all have little things we need to work on. Is it drinking more water, Moving more, cleaning that junk drawer or closet. Raking that flower bed that has pretty flowers, ready to comeup. Lets use today as a new beginning and fix what our problem is. Myself I think i'm going to finish raking my yard, drink all my water, and journal a few days to track my protein.
