Able to walk woohoo!!!
I have a tracking disorder in my right knee. For the last year when I have walked even a quarter of a mile I have paid for it for days. The past couple of weeks I have been using my total gym to build up the muscles in my legs to counteract that. Yesterday I weighed myself and had gained a pound (that time of the month)..and was irritated ....then stopped myself and regrouped. I decided to try walking on our treadmill. I managed to do 15 minutes at a decent pace (enough to work up a slight sweat). And today my knee doesn't hurt!!!! My goal for May 1st was to be able to do 30 minutes of weigh training one day and 30 minutes of walking the next.
