update and wow moment

Sorry i have not been on much.. just been really busy and have not had time to post as much as i want to . but i do try and read as much as i can.. well i just want to stop by and let everyone i am doing Good . i am down 111 lbs as of today and have a few wow moment lol.. i am down 3 size in cloths and for the frist time in year i am back in a XL t-shrit . I am so Loving my RNY .. i did not know how much better life was untill now without this weight on me now.. well talk care all and talk to you all soon..

That's wonderful Amber. Don't you feel so much better? I breath so much better and I don't get winded as quickly as I used to. Life really is better. I'm glad you have had the opportunity to learn this also.
