Shawn got approved for the lap band from his insurance company and His date is June 4th

He just called and said his birthday will suck this year. It is the 25th of may and he is on the two week liquid diet. He said he will move his birthday to the 17 th

Congrats to him and tell him this is the best gift he'll ever give himself. Next year he can have a bite of cake although he'll feel so good he won't want it. Or, you could have a mini party before he starts his liquids.
