I HAVE BEEN WORKING REALLY HARD. i HAVE ONE WEEK LEFT BEFORE MY NEXT NUT APPOINTMENT. PRAY THAT ALL GOES WELL, AND THAT I DO NT FALL OFF THE WAGON AND EAT DUNKEN DONUTS OUT OF EVERY DONUT THEY MAKE. LOL NOT GOING TO DO IT !!

You can do it! I have faith in you! I didn't the first time I went to see the nut and had to wait six more weeks, it was depressing.

Good luck! I find that its helpful when I want junk to remind myself how lousy I will feel about eating my morsel of choice after the fact. I know that everytime I slip, I don't feel very good and knowing that I will feel disappointed in myself, It usually helps me through my craving .
