I made delicious Protein Pops

I really do not do well with sugar free pops due to the sugar alcohol in them.  its is only 2g but they still do not agree with me.  I wanted to try making something that also helped get protein in so I tried these and they were quite yummy.

Mix 1/2 package of sugar free jello pudding mix (I used Banana Cream)
with 1 and 1/2 cups of milk ( I used carb countdown) and 2 scoops unflavored protein (I used Unjury)
mix with a stick blender until smooth.  Place in popsicle mold and freeze.

This made 4 pops with about 13 grams of protein and 82 cal in each pop.

Will be a great treat on hot summer days.  I think I will try choc. next.

Thoses sound yummy.  I might make some without the Unjury for my kids.  They dont have to know its good for them!!
