I joined move to lose
I have joined. im going to use this to help me keep track of my excersize time. i go to the Y with my kids just about everyday and play in the play gym for an hour a day. I also go swimming. Right now i can't till the 3 of April due to my surgery, but i have so leg and arm stretches and swim. I just can't do anything strenuous. I don't know i'm not a down type of person anymore. i have all this energy and i am goi ng to use it.
