Posting has been hard here lately, I can remember sharing recipes or v log's I'd seen and we'd get a whole discussion going.  SO here is a recipe that compares to the Brocolli Pizza Crust that we had on here before.  My family LOVES the brocolli recipe, but this one uses spag squash instead, a little more steps, cause I used frozen brocolli which was much more convenient.  If anyone is interested in the broc recipe let me know.

Here's one for a Spaghetti Squash ****a Crust:   (It calls for two eggs but next time I'm going to substitute three egg whites for two full eggs)   put spaghetti squash in oven heated to 400 degrees for one hour. (pierce the squash first with a fork many times) - Take it out and slice in half. Fork the squash into noodly-type things.   For crust   3 cups of the forked noodly spaghetti squash two eggs beaten 1.5 - 2.5 cups of mozzarella cheese shredded (recipe calls for 2.5 but I cut it in half and had no problems)   Collect three cups of squash and blot ou****er with paper towels. Mix squash, eggs and cheese in bowl. Press into 9 inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Take crust out of oven and top like a regular ****a. Place back in oven for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown

here it is, it is wonderful... you with RNY might want to try and use low fat cheese.

That sounds great, I have tried it with whole wheat past before and that was good, but this is way better for us.
